Wait until the router stops trying to load its configuration off the network.

Press Return.

en and enter the enable password.

Type in:

config t

Press Return.

Type in:

no service config

Press Return.

Press CTRL-Z

Press Return.

Type in:

Press Return.

Type in:

reload

Press Return.
