Transport Application

Status

The status of the interface or interfaces to the backbone. Status types are

notApplicable, netOnly, loopback, bridgeOnly, standby, and netAndSupDirect.

Transport Application

The Transport application provides access to the Transport Layer View. The

field statistics are described below:

Transport Layer View

Slot

The relative slot position of a card starting at 1.

IP Address

The card’s IP address. This applies only to TCP/IP.

NIU Name

The card’s NIU name. This field only applies to cards using the ISO/OSI

protocol.

Protocol

The type of transport protocol used by the module.

Poll Status

Indicates whether the module has responded to supervisor polling over

Ethernet.
